This fragrant and soothing tea is designed to help you unwind and relax. The ingredients are measured in teaspoons (tsp) and grams (g), ensuring a balanced, calming blend.
Ingredients (makes about 2-3 cups)
1 tsp dried chamomile flowers
1 tsp dried lavender buds
1 tsp dried lemon balm leaves
1 tsp dried peppermint leaves
1 tsp dried rose petals
½ tsp dried skullcap herb
250 ml (1 cup) boiling water per serving
Honey or a slice of lemon (optional, for taste)
Instructions
In a teapot or infuser, combine the chamomile, lavender, lemon balm, peppermint, rose petals, and skullcap.
Pour 250 ml boiling water over the herb mixture for each cup of tea.
Cover and steep for 8-10 minutes to allow the herbs to release their aroma and calming effects.
Strain the tea into your cup(s) and add honey or lemon if desired.
Sip slowly and enjoy a moment of peace.
This blend gently supports relaxation, reduces stress, and offers a light floral note from the rose petals.
