Herbal energising Tea recipe with Orange Zest

Ingredients:

· 2 cups boiling water
· 1-2 slices of fresh ginger (about 1-inch piece, sliced thinly)
· 1 small sprig of fresh rosemary
· 0.5 part of cinnamon stick (or 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon)
· 0.5 part Zest of half of an orange (freshly grated)
· 1-2 teaspoons honey, to taste (or a natural sweetener of your choice)
· 1 teabag of green tea (or black tea for a stronger kick)
Instructions:
1. Boil the Water
Boil a kettle and measure out two cups of hot water.
2. Prepare Ingredients
In a mug or teapot, place the ginger slices, rosemary sprig, cinnamon stick, and orange zest.
3. Brew the Tea
Pour the hot water over the ingredients and let them steep for about 3-5 minutes to release the flavours. Then, add the green or black teabag and steep for an additional 2 minutes (or longer for a stronger taste).
4. Add Sweetness
Remove the teabag, then add honey and stir until dissolved.
5. Serve and Enjoy
Strain if desired and enjoy warm. This aromatic tea is perfect for a natural energy boost with a lovely, warming flavour!
